  • Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our assets, in which case personal information transfers as part of the transaction.

However, our use of advertising cookies and pixels (which share device identifiers and browsing activity with advertising platforms) may be classified as "selling" or "sharing" under California and certain other state privacy laws.
