Try your NuBare for thirty days. If they don’t hold the way we promise — under your dress, through your night, against your skin — keep the inserts and we’ll refund you in full. No questions, no return shipping.
How it works
- Email hello@getnubare.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Tell us what didn’t work — fit, hold, comfort, anything.
- We refund the full amount within 3 business days. You keep the pair.
Why we don’t ask for the inserts back
They’ve been on your skin. Hygienically, we can’t resell them. We’d rather you keep trying — give them to a friend, save for a rainy day, or recycle responsibly.
Damaged or defective
If a pair arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days. We’ll replace immediately and refund.
