Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

30-Day Wear-It Fit Guarantee

If your first nubare pair doesn't fit, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a full refund of the order. Email support@getnubare.com with your order number and we'll process the refund within 5 business days.

You keep the inserts. For hygiene reasons we cannot restock items that have been against skin, so they're yours either way.

The fit guarantee covers fit only. It does not cover:

  • Change of mind on shade or pack size after wearing
  • Express shipping fees you paid (those are non-refundable once the order has shipped)
  • Second or subsequent orders — the guarantee applies once per customer, to your first nubare order

General returns

Beyond the fit guarantee, all nubare self-adhesive inserts, bras, nipple covers, body tape, and accessories are final sale due to our strict hygiene policy. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of these items unless they arrived damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, was damaged in transit, or contains the wrong item, contact support@getnubare.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photograph of the issue
  • A short description of what's wrong

We'll send a replacement at our cost or issue a full refund (your choice). You don't need to send the original item back.

Lost or undelivered packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive the package, contact us within 7 days. We'll open a carrier claim and either reship or refund.

If your package is in transit longer than the maximum shipping window quoted in our Shipping Policy, contact us — we'll investigate and resolve.

How refunds are processed

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks post the refund within 5–10 business days of our processing date.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it ships. Email support@getnubare.com as soon as possible. Once a tracking number is generated, the order is on its way and we cannot intercept it — you'd return it under the fit guarantee process described above.
